A few things to know

Start with clarity.

Who is Sobriva for?

Adults who want an alcohol-free break or a longer-term alcohol-free routine. Sobriva focuses on alcohol and supports personal planning and reflection. It does not diagnose or treat addiction.

Is there a free version?

Sobriva is a paid membership with monthly and yearly options. Eligible new subscribers can receive a three-day free trial through Apple. There is no permanent free tier.

Will I need to create an account?

The current app does not require a Sobriva account. Your personal records stay on your device. Apple and RevenueCat manage purchase validation and subscription access.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Manage your subscription in your Apple account settings. Check Apple’s subscription screen for your access end date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Is this medical support?

No. Sobriva is an educational self-help companion. It cannot assess withdrawal or respond to emergencies. If you drink heavily or regularly, speak with a clinician before stopping.

Before you make a change

Stopping alcohol suddenly can be dangerous for people who are physically dependent. Speak with a qualified clinician before stopping if you drink heavily or regularly. For seizures, severe confusion, hallucinations or immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
